0:10.2	podcast I have a trigger warning for you and you know that here that's not something that you hear very often however in this case it's justified so I sat down with Seth Gale he is an army combat veteran that was in for six years he served in GWatt and then got out and started a
0:25.7	professional speaking and motivational speaking career. Now I wasn't aware of Seth's story when we first started
0:31.5	talking. I had done some research into who Seth was and we'd shared
0:34.4	some dams, but you'll even see it on my faces. We started talking through Seth's story, which he tells
0:39.7	unapologetically. He tells in a very matter of fact way and he does not hold back on what he says
