that's right to over 2nd but who remembers right most of us definitely

remember trade so and and in Most of us definitely remember. Only trade.

Right.

So, and sometimes it comes out that way where it's a huge shocker.

You find a bunch of stuff where there's a big disclosure.

Sometimes it's subtle over time and you know something's wrong and you know some things and

you learn a little bit more over time.

But what we're talking about today is when you

decide to heal or when this D-Day happens or your life is changed forever,

what are the first steps to healing?

And just the first basics to get into recovery and heal.

So I actually think it starts. recovery and

especially for the addicted, if there's anybody

and especially for the addicted,

if there's anybody listening who hasn't talked to your wife yet but you want to
