As you know, I've been going on the Golden Trail the last two months, three months.

And I've had the opportunity to meet loads of really good athletes.

And Francesco and I,

our next guest, just got chatting after Sierra's and Al. And one of the conversations is around Nike his sponsor, who is, there aren't really that many athletes who are sponsored by Nike

and Trail. So that was quite interesting

because I've got no idea about what their plans are or even, you know, what it means to be a Nike

Trail athlete. But also we started speaking about mountain running and about how the fact that

he's, he's an incredibly fast marathon runner and he's trying to bring that

approach to trail running. So I thought, got to get him on the podcast to hear all about that.
