Summary
If you have ever tried to lose weight, you may have used food at one point as a reward or punishment– usually as the former. But the way our brains work is that it naturally gravitates toward pleasure. Therefore, being self-deprecating will not be a sustainable source of motivation in the long run. This week, I invite you to ask yourself the question: Why am I eating when I'm not even hungry? It's time to find the reward in eating when you're hungry and stopping when you're full.
