I have gone through SEVERAL different forms and methods; some of them have worked and some of them haven't. But recently, I have found a new way that I really just wanted to share with you. It has to do with pen and paper (old school, I know) but it has truly changed the game for my ADHD brain.

And one thing that I have just been really, really focusing on for my personal health and like my personal goals is balancing my hormones specifically lowering my cortisol, which is the stress hormone.

I have just become aware of how much my life is, how loud it is like metaphorically and literally let's be honest, I have a million kids.

But like how much my life and my family and just the level of busyness, not like, I don't know, I feel like our schedule is so chill, we literally are doing like no sports, no extra curriculars.

The kids go to school, they come home around three every day, I'm done with work around two or three every day, like it's very chill.
