We're just recording today basically to share with all of you that my mother passed away last Tuesday.

Yeah, it's, you know, I feel like I've gotten some really lovely emails from women who have said that our podcast has really helped in understanding what it means to take care of a parent whose elderly can no longer take care of

themselves. And so I'm grateful for that. You know, most of what we share in this podcast,

we share because we hope it's helpful. It's not because we just like to talk about ourselves.
