So there's three phases of business, right? There's the foundational, the beginning phase of business where you're doing market research and you know you're kind of you're getting proof of concept and you're asking all the questions and you're going through the psychographics and it's where you're

collecting the data by the way that's the most important phase because nothing else

on the back end works if you don't do that phase correctly yes and then there's

the the middle part which is delivering fulfillment and then there's the back end which is sales and marketing right?

Most people want to jump right to sales and marketing because it's sexy and that's where they think they need to start so they can start making money.

But the thing is if you jump straight to sales and

marketing with a message that's broken you're not gonna sell anything.

Right? Right? Yeah. And also if you get a bunch of sales without a machine that

protects your time and energy now you're going to be scrambling

that's why all three phases are so critical.
