| 1:29.0 | It's true. |
| 1:32.0 | Hey, it's Lindsey and Krista, and we're the hosts. We are the founders of Almost 30. We started this thing during that chaotic time between your 20s and your 30s. |
| 1:43.0 | So I'm sure a lot of you can relate. But we figured out in connecting with a lot of you, hundreds and thousands of you, that everyone's got to go through something at all times. |
| 1:56.0 | And so we wanted to create a community and a space and a resource for you just to connect with and feel less alone, feel more equipped, feel more like yourself. So here we are. Almost 30. We didn't think about the name, woman named it, but we're rolling. |

| 3:44.0 | But I mean, I struggle with this literally on a daily basis. |
