There is no magic pill. There is no magic trick. It is just being conscious of what you're creating,

accepting it and working with it and letting things like fungal infections and pains and everything else be your guide

and they always let you know when you're doing the right thing because the pain goes away

or it reduces to begin with and then it goes away.

And that's just the nature of life in Spirit Gym and it will always be that way and we wouldn't

grow without it.

If you walk into a gym and there was no equipment in there, well it would

be a yoga studio, not a gym, or it would just be an empty building. But since the equipment

is already inherent within us, called programming from family education

keep on learning and that leads to no action what do you suggest?

It's a bit of a mind trap. The first thing you have to understand is knowledge is

horizontal. You may have found that no matter how hard you work at getting to the horizon,

it always moves away. You start at the shore, you see the horizon. It always moves away. You start at the shore, you see the horizon, and you look out and you see

ships way off in the distance and they look like they're merging into the horizon so it creates the illusion you can get there.
