0:33.3	really special for this kind of last podcast of the year. Basically, one of the most powerful
0:39.2	parts of this podcast is people's stories. And so we go in these in-depth interviews with amazing
0:44.0	people. They share their story with me about kind of how they found freedom and peace in their
0:48.0	relationship with alcohol. And I thought, wouldn't it be cool if we could just power pack an
0:52.1	episode with lots of stories for like lots of momentum and people could get encouragement. I
0:57.8	know that it's specifically hard kind of holidays ending and family coming and going and feeling
1:03.2	of a let down. Everything around the season can be kind of a struggle. Not to mention you might
1:08.0	need some motivation because you might be considering dry January. I'm going to do an episode on
1:12.2	dry January next week, which will be really good specific tips and tricks for dry January. But
1:18.2	I wanted to do something very cool. And so what I did and I thought this was a great idea, was I
1:22.6	got a voicemail where people could call and leave their story just on a few minute recording.
1:28.2	And so I'm going to share with you a few of them today. I think we have five queued up for today.
1:33.1	And before we get into those stories and I handed over to all these amazing people that called in
1:37.6	to share their story and what they're going through, which is going to make this just such a
