So a little while back, I went on a bit of a, a bit of a reading binge. And one of the books that I read was a book by Scott Kearney called What Doesn't Kill Us.

And I found it absolutely fascinating, an absolutely brilliant book.

And what it explored in there was this whole idea that we are far too comfortable.

And the thing that really intrigued me about the book was that it was an explanation.

It went into thinking about Wim Hof and the Wim Hof method, which I'm sure everybody who

listen to this podcast has heard about, but actually arriving at the point of understanding that the Wimhoff method,

being very skeptical, someone that was very skeptical about the Wimhoff method, then going and doing it,

and then sticking with it from then on, especially a journalist and someone who investigative journalists as well.

So, you know, as journalists ourselves,
