| 1:35.6 | boom we're not all free. This is what the process really looks like and it's a squiggly line that's |
| 1:40.4 | all over the place. This journey is full of ups and downs and there's no way around that and so |
| 1:48.4 | giving yourself grace and saying, you know what, of course this was the solution that my brain came |
| 1:54.0 | up with to difficult triggers. That's what I've been doing for a long time. Giving ourselves that |
| 2:00.4 | grace is how we can learn from that event and then effectively move forward as opposed to what we |
| 2:08.3 | are all used to doing which is just beating ourselves up about it. Just getting mad at ourselves |
