I was in Washington this week for State of the Union coverage on CNN, and I thought the

day after the speech that I go by and see how Kim Jeffries, congressman from New York,

in the House and by all accounts, and up in Kamerah there.

So I would be remiss if I didn't ask you a little bit about that and what your reaction

Well the country deserves a uniter, and what we got from the president was a lot of being

a divided country deserves facts and said we got a lot of fiction.

And the president had an opportunity post this midterm election where the American people

voted for divided government, which means let's try to find common ground, focused on

getting things done for everyday Americans, and spent a significant amount of his speech

dividing the country and throwing red meat to his base, particularly as it relates to

doubling and tripling down on his xenophobic approach to immigration.
