Summary

Natalie talks with coach Gabrielle Treanor about ADHD in midlife, particularly for quieter, introverted women who don't see themselves in stereotypical presentations. They explore late diagnosis, shame, coping mechanisms, grief, and why understanding your brain differently is about self-acceptance, not excuses.
