somebody else. My good friend Matt McLeod, who I just recently was introduced to, but we hit it off

and somebody that I'm going to be connecting with in the future because he's just a good dude

and we see eye to eye on a lot of things. He is a nutritionist as well. He is in the fitness space

as well. He is a quote unquote influencer you could say, which I say with air quotes and not putting

a ton of weight into that word because I think that word is bastardized now.

But that's besides the point.

He is a really good dude.

He is influencing people on a positive way through social media.

He is coaching people in the real world setting.

And he just takes a very down-to-earth practical approach to the science just like I do.
