| 1:34.0 | what I want to talk about is this idea is not drinking more fun. So I'm going to do what I normally do and I'm going to approach this from a few different angles. |
| 1:41.0 | First of all, my own story, which is I remember so vividly thinking like, how does anybody even have fun without drinking. |
| 1:51.0 | I remember my parents weren't big drinkers and I just didn't get it. Like not even big drinkers. They just didn't drink. |
| 1:57.0 | And I was like, as soon as I discovered alcohol, I was so certain that it was so fun. |
| 2:04.0 | And it was something that I was certain of. I like to say that I was as certain of it as I was, I'm certain that the sky is blue. |
| 2:11.0 | I was just like unbelievable to me that you would have as much fun if you weren't drinking. |
| 2:18.0 | And prophecy, which made me even more certain that drinking was the thing that was so much fun. It was just this cycle. |
| 2:28.0 | And I couldn't even accept the idea that maybe not drinking would be just as fun. |
| 2:33.0 | So I was so afraid of not drinking. I felt like it would be literally robbing the joy from my life. |
