0:00.0 | Attachment and desire is the root of all suffering. It's what the Buddha said. |
0:06.7 | And in our lives, one of the most challenging things we can possibly go through is letting go |
0:15.4 | of something that we are either in our minds attached to, emotionally attached to, physically |
0:21.8 | attached to, and anything that we stay holding on, that creates a resistant energy. |
0:28.8 | Now, in the same way that attachment and desire is the root of all suffering, |
0:33.9 | so is it that when you treat someone like a celebrity, they will then treat you like a fan. |
0:40.0 | This is an energy dynamic type thing. And what we'll find is that in physical reality, |

1:58.2 | people here let go and what they think is okay I'm going to let go of this person because then I'm |
2:03.7 | going to get them back. And it's a funny thing because when you do let go that actually does |
2:08.8 | increase the chance of that happening, but that's not the reason to do it. The reason to let go is |
