We do things we create because it's in us but actually again by virtue of the fact

that we're social beings and our identity is bound up in what we create.

Then that identity needs to be confirmed by others.

It's an interesting thing.

It's simultaneously what makes us different but it also binds us together with a group.

I think the interesting thing is that years ago you'd have a much smaller group

to validate that.

Now you have people out there, James, that don't have a vested interest

and you feel good about yourself.

Actually, there's people out there that would find it interesting if you didn't.

You've got to ask yourself, do I give them?

Is the source not important?

I think of all these message boards, whatever you want to call them,

the comments, it's like a big bathroom door.

It's a big, filthy bathroom door that anyone can take out their pen and have at it.

You're going to have thoughtful responses sometimes on bathroom doors.

You're going to have a lot of stuff because I'm having a bad day.

Why should you have a good one?
