Well, hello, everybody, and how are you today? Well, I don't know about you, but it's cold

outside today. I'm going for a walk and I'm thinking,

I am really going to have to bundle up today. What's it like for you where you are? Is it starting

to get chilly? Are you some place where it's always warm? Well, wherever you are and whatever

you're doing, maybe you know, maybe you don't know, but the group program that I offer a few times a year,
