0:33.0	So I want in this first segment, I want to talk a little bit about intelligent design.
0:38.0	And I want to talk about a particular glitch in some argumentation by some advocates of
0:48.0	intelligent design. So first it goes without saying that every creationist believes in intelligent design, but some because that's the that's the whole point.
1:01.0	But some intelligent design advocates are what want to say that
1:07.0	they are not arguing for the existence of God but simply a they're just arguing that this particular artifact was exhibits design
1:18.4	in the way it's put together.
1:20.0	Somebody designed it.
1:21.4	And they're not saying whether that somebody was God or not they're
1:27.0	being coy on that point and some of this may be just simply a legal tactic
1:31.8	legal maneuvering to, I guess make it possible for intelligent design
1:39.2	to make in roads in public schools or government schools. But I think there's a fatal flaw in that argumentation.
1:47.0	So one evolutionary scientist said, yes, these intelligent design people are not saying that it's necessarily
1:55.8	God who did all this intelligent designing just someone with the same skill set
2:01.6	as God and that that's an obvious that's an obvious
2:08.0	objection and the consequently intelligent design is someone else
2:14.2	taunted it as simply being creationism in a cheap
