Summary

#285: Does life feel like a series of urgent problems that must be solved immediately? When stress, chaos, worry, and drama are your norm, it feels cozy to stay in this place. But the truth is staying in this belief only creates more stress and drama in your life.

Tune in this week to learn why you might be in the habit of creating problems in your mind where there aren’t any, and how the work of self-trust is in learning to rewrite this experience.
