He was a wise man and I think he was. He was very people driven. His whole leadership was really focused on people.

He talked pretty much every time about putting the human being at the center.

Very often he made decisions that were not commercially,

you know, beneficial always, but it was the right thing to do for the people involved.

And that is probably one of the biggest lessons I've taken on.

And I've made similar decisions actually during my time

when I've thought of how he would have acted and walked away from businesses or where there was a clear financial loss but it was actually

the right thing to do and what's interesting with that is that it you know pretty much always come comes back to you in the future in a good way
