Today's cocktail is called Spread Them Legs, baby.

The ingredients, one and a half ounces of vodka, two ounces of chilled black tea, 0.75 ounces

of Habiscus Simple Serup, 0.75 ounces of lemon juice. And then this is how you're going

to make the simple syrup. So you're going to add a handful of Habiscus leaves to a half

a cup of water and a half a cup of sugar, boil until the sugar is dissolved. The syrup

will have red hue from Habiscus leaves set aside and let cool for about 10 minutes. Here's

how you're going to make it. You're going to add a scoop of ice to a shaker at all the

ingredients to that shaker and shake until chilled for about 10 to 15 seconds.

Strain cocktail into the chilled coupe glass, garnish with Habiscus leaves and cocktail
