Summary

Do you think you can't stop binge eating? Do you think you are someone who always eats the whole thing, who never stops until it's all gone, or who just can't eat in moderation? If so, then you have some limiting beliefs.

 

Your limiting beliefs are going to stop you from stopping binge eating. You CAN stop, but these beliefs you have are stopping you from stopping. So they need to go.
