We're going to live into this new process and this new way of doing things.

Let's just six months right and like then re-evaluate but we've got to do something different.

So that was a very solid piece of where I was just like,

okay, this is not working, we've got to do something different,

this is the proposal I have, let's live into it,

and then tweak it if we need to tweak it
