What I did was I was pushing some of our leaders in ways they hadn't been pushed before as an individual contributor with the experience that I've had in the past, leading up talent acquisition organization, working in large consulting for a while within talent acquisition and within consulting as well. And Max and I are aligned in a lot of different ways on how to lead and run a business.
