And while some of the teachings that we hear in this niche of spirituality and the law

of attraction may sound really good to hear because it is a great idea that what we do

is we think about, we visualize, we do these little like esoteric things and then our

reality just instantly shifts, what if those are actually blocking us from hearing and

actually experiencing what we want?
