Summary

This week I chat to my friend and amazing coach and sound therapist, Joanne Bradford.
Since it's ‘Go Sober for October' and I get so many messages about how anxiety is affected by alcohol, I thought this would be a great conversation to have.
We chat about:
-How alcohol negatively affects us and our anxiety
-The benefits and costs of living alcohol-free
-The surprising thing that happens when you cut out drinking
-PLUS – both Joanne and I share our own journeys with alcohol and the reasons why we're living alcohol-free (for now)
Joanne Bradford was named a “British guru” by Marie Claire magazine and her work has featured in publications such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Grazia, Psychologies, ES and The Times Magazines. As a certified life-coach, Emotional Freedom Therapy practitioner and sound healer, she fuses these techniques for her one-to-one and group offerings.
You can follow Joanne on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/motherheart/) for regular posts on mental wellbeing, emotional healing, sobriety and spirituality.
