you through a two-minute mindfulness exercise. I figure we talk about mindfulness enough on the show

You feel the warm sunshine on your bear skin.

1:47.0

Within a few minutes, you notice clouds quickly rolling in.

1:54.0

You start to feel a slight breeze and chill as the sun is hidden behind the clouds.

2:03.6

You feel cool droplets of rain hitting your face.

2:12.6

Maybe this unexpected rainstorm leaves you feeling uncomfortable or frustrated

2:22.3

or even annoyed at yourself for not venturing out better prepared.

2:31.1

Maybe the unexpected rainstorm leaves you feeling grateful.

2:35.0

The sun was very warm after all, and now the cool rain brings relief.
