I think the most important thing besides all those things that we mentioned in what we hear a lot.

I think it's planning out your stock because every stock I put on, I look back on it and I review it.

What could I have done better? Where should I have gone? What path should I have taken besides the one that I did? Why did the wind switch? Why is the wind swirling now? Why did this one work out? Why was I able to get 20 yards from this deer?

Leonard who has probably shot more 200 inch bucks than I've ever

even seen. This podcast turned out awesome and Devon does a great job of really explaining

how he thinks about big bucks and what it takes to find and harvest giant bucks.

Devon might be the luckiest guy I know when it comes to drawing tags after winning an awesome elk tag at the Western Hunt Expo he

ended up pulling a statewide deer tag in Nevada this year. We talk about the

struggles of really having an entire state to hunt and where to even start with looking for a big

buck in an entire state.

Which I told him I don't think anyone feels bad for him because that's just first world problems.

Devon also tells the story of a buck he killed named Radict,

where he spent over 60 days hunting that buck

before he even got a chance to release an arrow.

Radick is a buck that is a huge accomplishment and really a testament to the hard work and determination

that goes into a hunt and how much hard work and determination Devon's willing to put in.
