If you think of it in terms of ballistics, it takes three things to kill an animal.

You have to break the surface, which means you need to get past the hide, the bone, or whatever you need to get past,

because you've got to get to the internals.

Then the second thing you have to do is you have to get to the internals. And the second thing you have to do

is you have to make sure that you're perfectly straight on entry.

But the third thing you have to do

is you have to create some type of double shock.

That means that maybe two, three or four inches behind that broad head

after that era is fully stabilized.

You need to take the rest of that.

kinetic energy and momentum of that shot and get a second blast.
