This is the first ever “Roundtable Podcast” on the Boom Boom Performance Podcast and today, we have Steve Hall of Revive Stronger and Austin Current of Physique Development. My goal with these roundtable podcasts will be to take the science-based principles inside training and nutrition that we coaches use with our clients every week, and have formal discussions and debates about the applications of them. Often times we’ll have science-based debates, but rarely we see application-based discussions. That’s what we’re doing here today and in my opinion, I brought on two of the best guys for the job!
Follow Steve on ig @revivestronger and check out his podcast The Revive Stronger Podcast.
