Major Bain Carabella with us so we kind of started going around earlier but

let's start over again because of my

my faux-pop but you are the chief of integration for the Commandant's Office of

Integration and yeah it does. I'll say it again, thanks for having me on.

I know we've been trying to do this for a while,

and both our schedules tend to be super busy,

but I think this is important.

I love your show and I love the audience that you got to reach out to,

and so happy to be here for that.

For those that don't know, kind of the weapon school flow, if you will, might be important to kind

of start there just for a second.

Maybe all in the vein of explaining what my job is, but really quickly we start

with like basic, what's your MDS and how do we make you an expert in that for the first couple of months?

And then after we kind of deem that the studs are the Wugs,

weapon school undergraduates, are experts in their own MDS

will start to play on a smaller scale together

and some integration for a couple of months.

And then we culminate with about a month, month and a half now

of some larger scale integration, a little bit more of how we would kind of go train to fight.
