I could spend the rest of the episode telling you about all the great things he does. But the capacity in which we're talking to him today involves his work in the financial world and talking about what's going on in the economy and what it means for you and what he's doing,

but what you ought to perhaps consider doing. But I really want to talk about big picture questions

like the fact that gold and silver have both reached all-time highs simultaneously. Bitcoin has not

reached an all-time high. It's down from its, you know, it's way, way up from when it started,

but it's down from the highs that it hit not too long ago. So there's plenty to talk about here.

And, you know, look, it took a long time. People have been calling 5K gold for a long time.

This is the year that gold hits 5,000 and it doesn't and then this is the year that and then it

doesn't and then just like that it did now of course this can't go on forever the same thing with

silver is even crazier in a way blasting past a hundred dollars you know which i don't know

what a percentage gain that is but it's very very, very significant. But at the same time,

these things can turn on you just like that. And so what tends to happen is that people, like when gold is cheap, they don't buy it because they think, oh, see, gold doesn't go up enough and it's not worth getting. But then it shoots up and they think, oh, I miss the boat. It's too expensive now. I can't buy it.

So a lot of people, they do the same thing with Bitcoin. If it's in the dumps, they say, ah, it's going down to zero. Why would I buy it? Then it hits 120K and they say, well, it's way too expensive now. I can't buy. And so their default is inaction. So first, before we get into like what might be the explanation for these movements,

what do you say to somebody who is a serious person, but is concerned that I might get in at the

top and then, you know, I'm in the basement for five or ten years, or do you just say maybe

precious metals just aren't for you, man? You just don't have the temperament for it.

What do you say?
