| 0:11.5 | feeling confident and in control around food. You are absolutely capable of eliminating |
| 0:17.1 | binge eating from your life, and I'm going to show you how by giving you simple |
| 0:20.9 | tools and insights that you can apply in your own life. I'm your host, Kirst and Sarty. Now let's get |
| 0:27.2 | to it. Hi, today I'm talking about missing and grieving binge eating. This isn't something |
| 0:36.5 | that happens to everyone who stops binge eating, |
| 0:39.0 | but it happens often enough that I wanted to make an episode about it. Because sometimes when |
| 0:44.0 | people haven't binge in a while, they start to miss it. Even though they know they truly don't |

| 1:30.3 | be times when you reminisce about the pros. This is exactly what happened to me when I broke up |
| 1:35.9 | with my ex-boyfriend back in 2021. And just like it might be for you with binge eating, I was so |
| 1:42.5 | confused about why I missed him. I was the one that |
| 1:46.1 | ended the relationship. I knew he was not the person for me. And I knew I didn't want to be in a |
| 1:51.7 | relationship with him. Yet after I moved out, I missed him. And it was because I was thinking |
| 1:57.9 | about the things I liked about him and about our relationship. |
