to talk about something that you guys have asked me. Recently, I did a video discussing the six-hour sleep study in which it was found that those

individuals who sleep six hours were less per night and already have a pre-existing

medical condition are more than twice as likely to develop a life-threatening medical condition.

Additionally, what does that mean?

That means, let's say, you're type 2 diabetic.
