Summary
A lot of people blame their lack of willpower when they can't stick with the actions they know they need to take in order to reach a goal. But the lack of willpower isn't the reason why. Willpower actually has nothing to do with long-term goals.
In this episode, I'm teaching why willpower is only a temporary solution and will not get to you stop binge eating for good. I'm also going to show you what to do instead so you can reach your goals, no willpower needed.
