Well, y'all, I can safely say I've never needed coffee more than I do in this fun evening.

Why is that?

I, yesterday, I don't want to, like, go into, like, hella of detail because i'm we have so much to talk

about today but i face one of my largest fears yesterday which was going to the doctor and i guess

like i i had a lot of stuff that i had to do today on thursday this week is honestly just a lot of

things happening right now so like you know in general there honestly just a lot of things happening right now.

So, like, you know, in general, there's just a lot of stuff that's had to happen this week.

And, like, I knew that, like, having an entire day of exhausting anxiety would make me, like,

you know, when you do that, and then the next day you feel like you got hit by a truck.

And so I knew that was going to happen to me today, but I was like, I still have so much shit to do.

And I ended up, like, moving things around and, like, rescheduling plans.

I had to, like, go out to dinner tonight.

And I was like, because we were going to record the podcast yesterday.

What kind of fucking idiots were we? I was like, I can't even talk anymore.

Anyway, this is coffee with Rachel.
