Part of the process of one of the recipes that Chad talked about, which basically left

me super hungry, was reverse searing.

We're kind of reverse searing the podcast here because of this podcast that we're recording

right now is going to come out the day before that one does.

We're going to tease that goose cooking recipe podcast now, but we're going to talk about

or what we're going to talk about now is how the heck do you get those geese in the first

place?

We're going to talk about some goose tactics here, some advanced goose tactics, Chad, we're

kind of at the beginning of November here.
