Well, this episode came about because I was yammering on Twitter about how I felt about all this stuff.

And not about all this stuff.

What I was upset about was that in some cases, I feel like now people are just being lazy with it.

Because now I look at email platforms and they're already proposing different ways I can respond to somebody who just wrote to me.

Now, I get that if you get 500 emails a day, well, for one, you should probably just give up.

There's no hope.

But if you get 500 emails a day, that could maybe help you.

But my point when it came to that was simply that maybe there are some things that are more

valuable than efficiency.
