My second book, The Life Council,

10 Friends Every Woman Needs, Turns Two This Week.

Two years ago, I launched this book about friendship out into the world

and the themes of connection and relationship

continue to be a big part of what I talk about online. And so in honor of the Life Council's

birthday, I wanted to reshare this episode from 2021. It was originally episode 99, searching for a best friend, a conversation

with Heather Adams. This episode when it first came out really hit a lot of people right in

the heart, this idea of searching for a best friend. But what was so interesting to me when I listened back to this

conversation a few years after it aired was that I had originally recorded this episode as part of

the lead up to my first book, Share Your Stuff, I'll Go First. That came out in February of 2021.
