Send us Fan Mail Last weekend Beth Potter unexpectedly broke Beatrice Chepkoech’s World Record for the road 5k, running 14:41 at the Podium 5km event in Lancashire. Having previously run the track 10k at the Olympics she switched to triathlon and her switch in training focus has clearly worked.
