I love it.

As in you hit a golf ball a long way and you want to alert people that it is on the way.

Four. So we're talking today about turning 40 and also taking up golf. Now, these are kind of like the things on the surface, but of course we're going to go deeper than that because what happened to me recently as I took

up golf something that I have resisted for many, many years.

Many years actually turned into a really interesting sort of like self-examination and an

assessment of why I don't do things that I don't think I'll be good at and how I've

sort of applied labels to myself that maybe are inaccurate and are holding me back from

experiencing things that I might A, really like and B, actually be good at.

And so it got me thinking that maybe if I'm doing these things, I'm not the only one.

And there are other people living this dysfunctional life too.

Okay.
