It's our August love list where we just share things that we love.

They could have a theme or they could be totally random.

Like today, I have the most random list of things.

And I just sat quietly and just waited for things to pop into my mind that I'm really enjoying.

And so then I will bring you that list.

So why don't we alternate?

Why don't you go first? Okay. So the first one I'm going to talk about is a company called Bear Bones. We have talked a lot about cast iron on this show, probably more than any other

podcast. Cast iron seems to come up all the time. And last week when you were on vacation, I was talking

to Stephanie Hanson about the essentials for leading a van life. And last week when you were on vacation, I was talking to Stephanie Hansen about

the essentials for leading a van life. And she was talking about her one cast iron pan, that she can

make stews in and she can make all sorts of things in. And I've mentioned in the past that I bought a

Dutch oven for my son Campbell, a cast iron Dutch oven. And the company was bare bones. And so I just want to tell

people about it. It's a really, it's a great, I think a great company. Their story is wonderful.

The founder's story is wonderful. I did a little bit more research on it today. I'd researched it

before I bought it. And they are certified, it's a certified bee company, which means they're environmentally responsible.

And they have great sustainability practices and all that stuff.

And that matters.

I love a good B Corp.

A B Corp makes me very happy.
