I used to introduce him as a professor of economics at Loyola University in Baltimore, but I'm quite certain that Tom is pleased to have this new job title and

description as compared to that. I mean, Tom, I know, no doubt you enjoyed having, you know,

the occasional good student, but I know Baltimore was not your favorite place in the world,

so at least you don't have to fly back and forth there anymore. Yeah, they used to the benches

on the campus that said Baltimore, the best city in America.

But I think it's arguably the worst city in America.

I mean, you can't believe that they even believe that.

You know, like even the people making the sign, right?

Delusional.

Yeah, totally delusional.

So Tom has a booklet of the Beises Institute just published, and it is more or less the

transcript of a talk that Tom gave to kick off the most recent Mises University program,

and it was called Axis of Evil.

And by that, he's referring to the three worst U.S. presidents in his estimation.

So I thought, well, that seems like some red meat for us to kick off 2025.

Why don't we talk a little bit about that?

I, by the way, you'll notice I'm not broadcasting from my usual place.
