Hello everybody. I'm so excited to bring you this episode today. I don't do a whole lot of guests. I am pretty selective about who I bring on the podcast.

Brad Jensen is, he's a nutrition coach. You're going to learn all about him. He's the host of the key nutrition podcast, which is fantastic. Add it to your podcast subscribe. But I became a huge Brad Jensen fan just over the course of probably last two months.

As I started following him closer and I'm so happy that he came on the podcast and shared his story. I knew little bits of his story, but I really didn't know his whole story until he shared it with me on the podcast. And I'm so excited for you guys to hear it. It's quite frankly an amazing and inspiring story.
