hit the stage of pregnancy where I cannot sleep. While I was writing this, I'm not recording

it at the same time that I wrote it, but when I was writing it, it was 3 a.m. my time.

And I just had been tossing and turning probably since about like 1 a.m. And then all of a sudden I was like,

oh my gosh, you know what? I bet there are a lot of people who have a hard time sleeping after

their breakup. I know that I just helped one of my clients, one of her goals in the Get Over

Yarks program was really about like I need to get some sleep. And I really want sleep to be a

priority and I want to be able to

sleep more. So I, you know, had a different kind of experience during my breakup. I personally spent

my time during the day distracting myself so much. I would wake up really early at like 4.30,

go to the gym, do meditation yoga, go to the job, get off work, go

work out some more, go home, meal prep, eat food, rotate, and then go to bed. And so it was just like

I burnt myself out at both ends. I think that's like a saying. but I know that there's a lot of you who really

struggle with not being able to sleep and you wake up, you know, worrying about your future,

ruminating about the past, and it's really not a fun way to feel. And your mind just takes over. And that's what I have noticed, at least in my

pregnancy, is just a lot of waking up restlessness. And of course, there's like body stuff going on
