We always talk about accountability buddies, especially around our challenges, and we have one that will be kicking off at the end of June, so stay tuned.

But now is a really good time to hunker in and try to find an accountability buddy to go through this process with.

You can ask them, is this a test? Is this a trigger? What do you think I should do? How should I navigate? We get so many questions from the community, and really all you need is a little bit of reflection.
