Summary
Not binge eating isn't the only thing worth celebrating. There are so many other things that deserve to be celebrated and having awareness of what you're thinking, feeling, or doing is one of them.
In this episode, I'm exploring why it's cause for celebration, why it's still considered progress even if you do binge after being aware of yourself, and why celebrating yourself in general will be helpful in stopping binge eating. Listen in to find out why.
