So today's cocktail is called the Paloma.

The ingredients includes kosher salt, one grapefruit wedge,

one fourth cup of fresh grapefruit juice,

one tablespoon of fresh lime juice,

one teaspoon of sugar, a fourth cup of mescal or tequila,

a fourth cup of club soda.

The preparation for this cocktail is you pour some kosher salt on a plate,

rub half of the rim of a high-ball glass with grapefruit wedge.

Dip rim of glass in salt, combine grapefruit juice,

lime juice, and sugar in a glass stir until sugar is dissolved.
